Trauma can leave deep emotional scars that don’t always fade with time. Whether you’ve experienced a single traumatic event or a series of painful experiences—abuse, neglect, violence, loss, or betrayal—the impact can linger in your mind, body, and relationships. You may feel stuck in survival mode, easily triggered, disconnected, or haunted by memories you can’t control.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I create a safe, supportive environment to help you process what happened without reliving it. You don’t have to “just get over it.” You deserve to be heard, supported, and guided through a process that honors your story and restores your sense of safety, power, and wholeness.

Using approaches like EMDR, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and narrative therapy, we’ll work at your pace to gently untangle trauma from your identity—and replace fear with resilience, shame with self-compassion, and hyper-vigilance with peace.
