Anxiety and Depression in Adolescence Therapist
Help Them Feel Less Alone. Understand Their Struggle. Support Their Healing.
In our therapy sessions, teens will:
• Learn to recognize signs of anxiety and depression
• Explore emotional triggers, thoughts, and behaviors
• Develop coping tools for panic, worry, sadness, or overwhelm
• Improve sleep, motivation, and energy through lifestyle
• Address perfectionism, self-criticism, and social comparison
• Strengthen emotional regulation and resilience
• Build self-esteem, self-compassion, and emotional insight
• Feel seen, heard, and supported in an overwhelming world
Teenagers today are facing more pressure than ever—and it’s taking a real toll on their mental health. Whether it shows up as constant worry, panic attacks, isolation, hopelessness, irritability, or feeling “numb,” anxiety and depression in adolescence are serious conditions that deserve care, not judgment.
As a licensed psychotherapist and former medical doctor who works closely with teens, I create a safe, supportive space where they can talk openly about what they’re going through, without fear of being dismissed or misunderstood.
Teens and adolescents don’t have to “snap out of it.” They need connection, understanding, and real tools that work. Let’s help them find hope, strength, and themselves again—even in the middle of the struggle.
I provide therapy in Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Venice, Marina Del Rey, Culver City, Mar Vista, Playa Del Rey, West Los Angeles, Pacific Palisades, Palms, and Santa Monica.
